30 Minutes One on One Session with Ditteke

My intention for these private mindfulness course is to help people incorporate mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives, so that they feel happier and more peaceful. Each lesson includes practical daily mindfulness tips, one at a time, anyone can do them, you do not have to be a monk and live in the mountains.
