About TEACHER
Tej Kirti blends knowledge of modern science, medicine, and research with ancient Kundalini Yoga, and she has always been drawn to health, science, and wellness. She obtained a degree in electrical communications and then became a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She worked as a RN for many years before deciding to alter her path in a different direction because she realized she needed to HEAL, not CURE. Tej Kirti’s specialty is teaching transformative and elevating classes that open pathways to the extensive knowledge of the physical body and the energetic (subtle) body based on her scientific background. She teaches both public and private classes and works with adults who have anxiety, insomnia, fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and children on the spectrum. Kundalini Yoga helped her with her own symptoms of fibromyalgia, RA, and anxiety, and she aims to share her knowledge with people who still suffer. She incorporates sound therapy (gongs and singing bowls), essential oils, and gemstones into her classes.
