Hi, Sat Nam! I’m Maria Coffee, and I specialize in therapeutic Kundalini Yoga. I’m deeply passionate about empowering individuals to overcome physical challenges, release emotional tension, and restore their inner harmony.
In 2011, I was diagnosed with severe periodontal disease, and four different dentists warned me that I would need to have at least 16 teeth removed to try and save the rest. They predicted if I didn’t; I would likely lose all my teeth by latest 2013.
Determined to change this outcome, I committed to regular cleanings and taught myself Kundalini Yoga to strengthen my nervous and immune systems. As a result of this holistic approach, I defied the odds, and by 2025, had only lost four teeth.
While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, scientific research now highlights the benefits of therapeutic yoga in addressing a wide range of inflammatory conditions. I’m here to guide and support you on this transformative path toward improved well-being.
